- Travelers will depart by air from Astana to Petropavlovsk, Kazakhstan.
- A specialized bus transfer will then transport passengers from Petropavlovsk across the border to Omsk.
- The same arrangement applies to the return journey from Omsk to the Kazakh capital.

Recognizing the inconvenience caused by the change in travel format, the airline is offering a compensation package for those who opt for the new transit route. Passengers who utilize the transfer via Petropavlovsk will be issued a voucher worth 10,000 tenge. These vouchers are valid for use on any of the airline's future flights and must be redeemed by December 31, 2026.
